Overview

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic I am offering initial consultations and Hypnotherapy sessions via Skype. I have a great deal of experience working with clients using Skype and have found it to be as effective as working face to face.

Through the use of a combination of Hypnotherapy and various techniques, including EMDR, I encourage clients to adopt a more positive outlook on life. I willwork with you to help you to overcome negative thought patterns, and create new ways of thinking and behaving. In addition to my practice I also teach hypnotherapy to a diploma level.
