Overview

Hello, my name is Paul Barratt and I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. I've been practising hypnotherapy for over 15 years and use a combination of hypnosis, NLP, and other techniques when treating clients.

I've been lucky to have had the opportunity to successfully work with thousands of people, helping them to help themselves. Treating addictions and compulsions, anxiety and stress, lack of confidence, weight control, smoking, and other issues that affect our everyday lives.
My friendly practice is located in a quiet location in Wymondham, Norfolk, and is conveniently situated just 8 miles from Norwich.

I believe we all have the resources to be who we want to be, but on occasion, we need a little guidance to help us find them. After all, we can’t go back to the beginning and start again, but we can start from now and create a new ending.
