Lynnor is a Qualified & Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, EmiPlus Practitioner, KCR Practitioner (Level 1&2, CTR 1 & 2, WH, PE) Meditation Teacher, Indian Head Masseuse and Mental Health First Aider.

She has a COSCA certificate in counselling skills and conducts business using a person-centric holistic approach using various methods in unison with hypnosis which may alleviate symptoms of distress.

Lynnor offers a range of hypnotherapy sessions on an individual basis to help bring your mind and body back into balance. Hypnotherapy in many cases may help you tackle everyday challenges such as: stress management, sleeping issues, phobias, bereavement, pain management and weight control to name but a few. Combining hypnotherapy with your inner strengths and virtues may alleviate your emotional pain.

Lynnor started her own business in 2005 to help support others overcome challenges, guiding adults and children alike to achieve their goals
