Cathy is a fully qualified and experienced Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, Supervisor and Senior Lecturer for the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) school, Manchester. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a powerful combination of NLP, CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Psychotherapy. These techniques bring about fast effective long term positive changes for individuals who may be suffering with anxiety, depression, OCD’s, fears, phobias and pain or who are seeking motivational help with confidence, weight management, performance and stop smoking.
Treatments are available from The Physiotherapy Clinic, Bamford, OL11 4DQ and The Village Medical Centre, Littleborough, OL15 8AQ. All premises are located within the Rochdale area with free parking available close by. Cathy is a member of the accredited CNHC register and holds an enhanced DBS.
