I am a psychological health consultant and therapist who is specialised and certified in clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, and positive psychological intervention, with 10 years of experience.
I graduated with a Doctorate in Health (Mental health) from the University of Bath, UK.
I have experience in working with both individuals and organisations, either as one-to-one or group sessions. For organisations, I provide sessions to promote employees’ mental health and well-being as well as their work-life balance, which in turn brings about their improved personality and better work performance. For individuals, I provide one-to-one sessions not only to help them to overcome issues that they are experiencing such as stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional instability but also support them to obtain mental wellness and a healthy lifestyle for their holistic health.
I am a registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH, United Kingdom) and Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC, United Kingdom). I always adhere to the code of ethics in my practice, which means you can most definitely rely on certain discretion for your best interests and welfare.
My greatest desire is to support people to flourish, be healthy, be happy and succeed in everyday life. I believe that health and happiness is not only the absence of illness but also the presence of wellness, which all of us have a unique potential to create the optimum wellness for ourselves.
