Over the past few years I have specialised in birth and post natal period. I offer sessions for birth trauma and for women experiencing stress, anxiety or depression during pregnancy and the post natal period. I run group and private hypnobirthing, mindful breastfeeding and parenting courses. I am very happy to chat with you to see if I'm the right therapist for you. Take care, Clare
