After using self-hypnosis for several years I noticed I was exploring more and more the unending potential of hypnosis, for positive change and for breaking a few bad habits!
Rather than seeing hypnotherapy only as a tool for removing problems, I see it as a way to intentionally use our minds to their fullest potential - for our good and for the good of others.
As a daily meditator I consider hypnosis and meditation to be fantastic methods for living life to the fullest. I am fascinated by other people, how we interact with each other, and the world around us.
It is important to find the right person for YOU when looking for a hypnotherapist. Please feel free to contact me by phone or email to find out if you would like us to work together.
