Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a modern therapeutic approach to a powerful means of helping people. It takes recent scientific understanding of how the brain works, practices from Hypnotherapy, positive psychology and neuro-linguistic programming and weaving them into an approach that can achieve amazing results in a short space of time.
Everybody would probably benefit from some therapy or life coaching – but most people don’t need much and this approach is geared to helping you get the results you want – usually in less time that they might expect.
I am passionate about my profession because I see on a daily basis how it changes people lives. I see people moving from despair to living a happy fulfilled life. I see people finally getting to grips with their addictions, such as food or smoking. I see people letting go of past trauma, anxiety and stress. I see people who no longer let their phobia and fears stop them for doing and getting what they want.
We all have believes about ourselves, our capabilities, what we think we can do and more importantly what we think we can’t. These limiting beliefs and fears are what we do, not who we are.
Imagine if you could change those limiting beliefs you have about yourself, get rid of those doubts. Stop unhelpful behaviours and redress all those issues that have a negative impact on how you live your life. Imagine dealing with past trauma and stress. I do not offer a magic pill and it is important for you to understand that as with everything in life you only get out of it what you are willing to put in. What I do believe is that if you are willing to work with me, willing to make that change and have the desire to make that change then I could help you in achieving whatever it is that you truly want and we could make that change permanent. I believe this because you already have everything inside you that we need to make this a reality; my role is to work with you to help you find and use it.
My approach is tailored to your individual needs. I have a wide range of proven techniques and interventions which can help you resolve your problem. I will give you tools that can help you and which you can use long after our work together has finished. I can also offer you coaching and support on achieving longer term goals. That is the beauty of Cognitive Hypnotherapy we believe that one size does not fit all and we will fit the therapy to you, not the other way round.
I trained with the renowned Quest Institute under the tutoring of Trevor Silvester.

Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD)
Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
