I am a Master Practitioner Cognitive Hypnotherapist, specialising in stress management, phobias and anxiety. I offer all prospective clients a free initial 30-45 minute consultation for us to get to know each other, for me to ask you questions about what you would like help with and for you to ask me any questions you might have. It's really important you feel comfortable with whoever you choose to work with and I always ensure we agree we are a good 'fit' before continuing to work together.
I offer sessions face-to-face in my therapy rooms in Manchester City Centre. If travelling to Manchester isn't possible for you then I also offer sessions via Skype (which I have found to be just as effective as face-to-face).
I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy to help clients transform their lives and let go of a wide range of unwanted beliefs or behaviours. Having personally experienced the power of this progressive therapy model, I know how effective it is in creating lasting change. Cognitive Hypnotherapy has been proven to be effective in treating anxiety and depression and enables me to completely tailor my treatment plan to your needs.
I adhere by the NCH's strict code of ethics and all sessions are confidential. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment to allow you to relax and work in partnership with me in resolving your problem. I help clients overcome their problem as swiftly as possible, as well as achieving permanent change.
I trained at the internationally renowned Quest Institute under Trevor Silvester, achieving a DipCHyp (Diploma of Cognitive Hypnotherapy), HPD and NLP Practitioner certification. I went on to qualify as a Master Practitioner in Cognitive Hypnotherapy. I previously worked as a solicitor in London and Manchester.
