I am an experienced Hypnotherapist, BACP Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Psychotherapist and NLP Master practitioner. I am also a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity and specialise in Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa & Binge Eating Disorder. Although I work primarily with issues around food, weight & body image, I am also experienced in working with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including: low self esteem and confidence, anxiety and panic attacks, stress, fears and phobias, trauma and abuse, negative habits like smoking, teeth grinding, sleep problems, exam/interview anxiety and nerves, personal development and general well-being. I also have an interest in Energy Psychology and have taken additional training as an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner.
I offer Professional, Compassionate & Confidential Therapy using an integrative, client centered, and holistic approach focusing equally on mind and body. As a Hypnotherapist & Counsellor I believe that good health – physical, emotional, and psychological – depends on the mind and body working together in harmony; so I treat not only the physical symptoms but also the underlying emotional cause/s.
