Half the session we’ll be sitting in chairs talking. The second half of the session you’ll be relaxing on a couch, consolidating your positive changes through deep relaxation.
Typically clients might come for between 9-12 sessions (weekly to begin with), but some things, such as simple phobias, can be dealt with effectively in as few as 4 sessions. And stopping smoking is a one-off session that lasts between 90-120 minutes.
