How can I help? Are you are looking for help with anxiety, stress, confidence, sleep, negative thinking, phobias, or something else that's bothering you? Let's talk and help you achieve peace, calm, confidence, and your ideal outcomes.

I am an experienced solution focused therapist, I've been in practice full time since 2014. I'm also a BACP Registered counsellor, so if you need to talk, you're in the right place !

I'm a senior lecturer at CPHT Manchester where I teach hypnotherapists and mentor them in their practices.My home practice is located in Timperley near Altrincham. I offer a free 45-60 min initial consultation in-person, or Zoom, and if you decide to go ahead, sessions are £65 each.

I started doing this because I was amazed from my own results and my experience as a client of hypnotherapy many years ago. Ever since then I've been fascinated by how we can make positive changes in ourselves, farly quickly, when we have the right mindset and support.

So I left a 25 career as a business consultant to practice solution focused hypnotherapy and luckily it all worked out for me. I find it extremely rewarding to help others and I wish I'd taken the leap years earlier.
