With well over a decade as a therapist, trainer and lecturer on the West London University (UWL) Postgraduate Clinical Hypnotherapy Programme Matthew is one of Birmingham\\\'s most experienced, knowledgeable and competent Hypnotherapist. His training and experience includes classic hypnosis, Behavioural Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychodynamics, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Time-line therapies, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) He has worked with most problems which any hypnotherapist is likely to encounter, and has particular expertise in working with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Smoking Cessation, Trauma, male and female psychosexual problems and all anxiety and anxiety based conditions.
