Overview

Cognitive hypnotherapy is rapid therapy with a solution-focused approach. I have 19+ years of experience in treating all issues including all types of anxiety and phobias, smoking, weight/eating issues, confidence, habits, insomnia, stress, and over drinking and so many more. We try to get to the root of the problem quickly and reframe it. I use a combination of techniques, depending on you and your issue.

Confidence and self-esteem issues tend to respond very well to hypnotherapy. I have designed a special 3 hour Confidence Breakthrough Session which can enable you to tackle your issues in one go. Note that confidence and self-esteem issues can also be dealt with in a series of one hour sessions.

Many people wonder if their particular area of concern can be helped by hypnotherapy. Many types of issues - ones not normally listed - can be addressed successfully with hypnotherapy. Some people find that they themselves can't exactly define "what" is wrong...they just know that something isn't as it should be.
