I know because I’ve been there myself.
I’ve lived through dark days that feel like a never-ending battle, where I was trying so hard to keep my head above the rising waves. I had tried everything – reading books, talking to people, but nothing was working.
Nothing was helping me stop the emotions from swirling around inside me like a rollercoaster that never stops.
Nothing I tried could bring back ‘the old me’. I felt hopeless. Like I would never come out of this darkness and go back to the happy, free from anxiety, unworried life I once had.
But then one day... a breakthrough. Hypnotherapy has showed me the choice of fight or walk away. That’s what I will help you learn how to do, if you want to.
It can help with addictions, anger, blood pressure, weight control, lack of confidence, insomnia, IBS, relationship/marital difficulties, migraine, nail biting, nightmares, obsessions, panic attacks, fears, phobias, stress and many more.
Hypnotherapy uses the application of hypnotic techniques to bring about therapeutic change and in a very pleasant and relaxing experience.
Solution focused hypnotherapy concentrates on the client`s “preferred future”. By acknowledging how things are at the moment, and then working together to identify and move towards how the client would prefer things to be.

I am using hypnotherapy to help you to make changes to your thoughts, feelings, habits or behaviours. Hypnotherapy is safe and natural; it feels just like daydreaming. In this state, your mind is able to take on board new ways of thinking and feeling at deep level. These changes happen easily and permanently.

I am a Mindfulness teacher, offering 1-2-1 mindfulness-based stress reduction program.
