Hello, my name is Karen Harmer. I am based in Andover which is easily accessible from most areas of North Hampshire.

I passionately believe that we each have the power within us to help ourselves and to change what is not working in our lives: Even if it doesn’t always seem like that at the time!

We often need or want someone else to guide and support us through these challenges and this is where hypnotherapy can help.

Using hypnotherapy, NLP and my years of experience I can work with you to help you manage or change many of the life or health challenges you may be experiencing right now, including such things as fears and phobias, pain, lack of confidence or self-esteem, stress and anxiety, help with making decisions and much more...
