Overview

Based in Dursley, with practice rooms in Gloucester and Bristol, I specialise in Past Life Regression Therapy.

I have been awarded the Diploma for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) by The Clifton Practice (CPHT), a recognised leader in hypnotherapy training. I have also been awarded the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) by the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

My Past Life Regression Therapy certification (DPLR) was awarded by The Kew Training Academy based in Manchester, UK. Following this, I received the Advanced Diploma in Past Life Regression Therapy from Andrew Hillsdon, author, therapist and chairman of the UK Past Life Therapists Association.

I hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.

I am fully qualified, insured and registered with professional bodies, including the Past Life Therapists Association (PLTA) and the NCH, which means:

I am fully insured to practise hypnotherapy
I am committed to the highest standards
I adhere to a code of professional conduct, performance and ethics
I update my skills regularly

Past Life Regression Therapy involves accessing memories deep in the subconscious through hypnosis. Recalling events from past lifetimes can be useful on our journey of self-discovery as it can help increase our inner knowledge and spiritual development. For some, exploring a past life can lead to the origin of certain issues that affect us in our present life. This is called past life residue as issues thread their way through one life to the next. We can be influenced by unfinished business, unresolved emotions, trauma or perhaps a karmic imbalance with another individual. Any of these could negatively impact the choices we make in this lifetime or create patterns that are repeated until we are able to heal. Sometimes it is necessary to look back in order to move forward.
