Overview

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is a scientific evidence based therapy, and I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnosis and Mindfulness. I have over 15 years experience working with people who are experiencing mental health, and emotional issues. I work with a wide range of clients who may be suffering from a variety of concerns, this includes, but is not limited to; stress, anxiety, sleep issues, low self confidence, exam nerves, sports performance, insomnia, low self esteem, M.E / CFS, loss, phobias, confusion, and habits such as skin picking, nail biting and smoking. I like to send out an e-mail after each session a client has with a recap of what we have covered, including a reminder of techniques, and recordings.

I am based in a clinic in Bierton, Aylesbury, Bucks. The clinic is with easy reach from many areas, including; Chesham, Amersham, Leighton Buzzard, Berkhampstead, Wendover, Tring, Dunstable, Buckingham, and Thame.
