I’m Edna, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP (Master Practitioner) and Life Coach.

Most of us suffer from anxiety, panic and fear at some point in our lives. Many of us struggle alone but is actually when working with another person that we have the higher chances of succeed.
At my core is a compelling desire to help you be the best you can be so you can embrace the challenges that you are facing right now. My therapeutic approach works by customizing each session to meet your individual circumstances as no client is the same. Combining hypnotherapy with coaching, I can help you to let go of whatever might be blocking you and then ensure your change is positive, permanent and that it permeates across all areas of your life so you can become less restricted, less caught up and happier...
