Overview

I practice in Hilperton on the outskirts of Trowbridge, providing a relaxed, homely environment in which we can work together.

I enjoy helping people like you regain control of your lives whether that is overcoming PTSD, lifting out of depression, freeing from anxiety & stress, or whatever it is you decide that you need help with. I will be helping you learn how to take care of yourself once again and how to focus on what is good in life.

During the initial consultation, I will explain why you are feeling and/or behaving like you are, what that means in terms of what is happening in your brain, and what you can do to change it.

I charge £60 for the initial consultation and each subsequent session.

Smoking cessation is charged at £150.00 for either 2 x 1-hour sessions or 1 x 2-hour session. Whether you prefer 1 or 2 sessions, it is entirely up to you.
