Hello, my name is Mark and I use solution focused hypnotherapy to help people who are suffering with anxiety and stress which can in turn bring on many of life's problems including: depression, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, weight gain/ weight loss, chronic pain, anger issues and addictions. By focusing on the future and giving an achievable positives outcomes instead of reliving and enforcing past experiences. I can help you understand why you suffer in the way you do and explain what we can do about it. 

I offer a free initial consultation to give you a chance to meet me and chat about what you wish to achieve through hypnosis. I will also dispel any misconceptions and worries you may have about hypnosis as well as explain how the brain works and why it can work against you.
