Overview

Hello! I am Gavin Bowtell. A professional hypnotherapist who lives and works in Chigwell, Essex. I offer sessions in person or via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom.

I work with people to resolve or help to manage a wide variety of problems including stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, physical illnesses, pain, smoking cessation, among other things.

In addition to working with clients, I also provide resources for other therapists. I am the author of various hypnosis scripts for professional hypnotherapists - including one for finding a new perspective during the Coronavirus pandemic. I am also the co-author of a manual to enable therapists to work more effectively with LGBT+ clients.

Hypnotherapy is also chosen to help with insomnia, strange fears or common phobias.
I see clients aged from 18 upwards.
My clients often come from London, Hertford and Essex, and from as far away as Brazil, Bristol or Edinburgh.
In addition to Hypnotherapy I also use: Emotional Freedom Technique, IEMT, NLP, BWRT® and OldPain2Go.

I use the popular and highly effective WSN Counselling and Coaching Method and was the first therapist to gain certification as a Level 3 (highest) Practitioner.
