Overview

I offer Cognitive Hypnotherapy and specialise in anxiety and confidence issues. I'm passionate about helping clients overcome panic attacks, fears, phobias and low self-esteem.

I also offer personalised hypnobirthing which can be tailored to the specific needs of a mum-to-be and her partner.

I use a wide range of effective and proven therapy techniques to offer flexibility to each client including hypnosis, NLP, emotional freedom technique (EFT) and Eye Movement Integration.

I work with clients in central Reading, central Wokingham and where appropriate over Skype or Zoom.
