Overview

I offer a targeted approach to suit your individual needs, using a blend of techniques, including Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Coaching and Mindfulness. This enables the therapy to more effective and motivates change far quicker. The improvement to your mental and physical health, gives you the extra confidence to take a stronger approach to your life, take back control and to achieve your goals.

I offer a friendly relaxed approach where we can work together on an individual plan to enable you to overcome your issue, realise your potential and achieve those positive changes.

I was drawn to Hypnotherapy and felt this was the right path for me to follow to enable me to move forward with my training and provide an additional solution for my clients. Hypnotherapy can help with a variety of issues including Stress and Anxiety, Phobias, Pain Management, Limiting Beliefs, Unwanted Habits and Low Self Esteem to name a few.

My training and knowledge has given me an expansive toolbox in which to find an individual solution for you and to give you the best possible chance of succeeding to make the positive changes you want in your life.

I am also a Certified Hypnotic Birthing Practitioner and hold Basic Hypno-birthing classes and Advanced Workshops around the Stoke-on-Trent Area.

Contact me today to take that first step on your path to making those positive changes in your life. I offer a free 30 minutes consultation, so either email me on karen@karenjohnsontherapy.co.uk or ring me on 07815 011790
