Overview

I am Cognitive Hypnotherapist & Coach. I trained at the internationally renowned Quest Institute in London under the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy Trevor Silvester.

I am also qualified Solicitor. I started my career in law because I had the genuine desire to help people who had suffered owing to someone else's wrongdoing. However, my day to day experience of life as a solicitor was different to what I had expected, and whilst I enjoy my job, I realised that I wanted to do more to help people.

I then found Cognitive Hypnotherapy, a modern approach to a powerful means of helping people. I loved how individual this therapy approach was which is why I trained to become a therapist myself. Cognitive Hypnotherapy doesn't promote one single technique but uses various effective approaches from different disciplines to provide clients with truly individual therapy tailored to their unique needs. I could see several people with 'fear of flying' but because they are all unique, so is the approach that I'll take with each one of them. I treat you, not your label.
