Overview

I am a Psychologist and have been qualified for 20 years. I see a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, adjustment to illness, stopping smoking, weight management, confidence, and phobias. Within a confidential and supportive setting I explore what clients present with and focus on assisting them to resolve difficulties, allowing the person to return to a state of well being.
