Overview

​Hi,I am a qualified hypnotherapist (DipCAH & HPD) practising with the NCH (National Council of Hypnotherapy) and am fully insured. I utilise NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), I am also trained in Parts Therapy and use all of these interventions to help my clients gain a better understanding and awareness of how their thoughts and perceptions impact on how they behave and if those behaviours are benefiting them.

I can help with a variety of issues that may be troubling you and upsetting the equilibrium of your life, and am confident that by working together with my clients we can find the way forward to facilitate the changes you are seeking.
