Overview

I provide a friendly, confidential, professional service based in my Stirling clinic, within a comfortable setting. I offer a blended approach to Hypnotherapy, helping individuals to make desired changes and achieve more of their potential by integrating cognitive approaches, meridian tapping therapies and NLP tools into sessions as appropriate. I specialise in helping individuals achieve lasting change, across a range of areas including Weight Loss, Gastric Band, Stop Smoking, Stress, Anxiety, Performance, Habits and Phobias.

I hold the Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy, and the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, complimenting my background in psychology as an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
