My favourite part about being a hypnotherapist is the ability to teach my clients the skills and techniques they can use, not only for the issue they are currently dealing with, but in tackling issues in the future.
Hypnotherapy is an excellent tool in facilitating change and improving mental health and wellbeing, and I can work with clients on issues around weight loss, coping with stress and anxiety, relaxation, confidence building, pain management, smoking cessation, phobias etc.
I have a particular interest in working with young people, specifically with stress and anxiety based around exams, growing up and friendship issues. Our young people deal with more mental pressure than ever before, with increased exam pressure, social media and our fast paced changing and challenging world. I can provide time for your child to be able to discuss those issues, and teach them ways to recognise, manage and move forward from them through using deep relaxation, self hypnosis, memory techniques for exams and stress coping and reframing techniques.
