Overview

Hi, my name is Rowenna and I am a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach. I use these transformational tools to help people identify and overcome issues such as low self esteem, anxiety, attachment issues in relationships, childhood trauma, addictions and many other symptoms.

My work largely focusses on helping people to heal deep self worth issues by connecting with and reparenting inner child parts, healing past wounds and their ability to develop healthy and meaningful relationships with themselves and others in life.

I am trained in trauma informed therapies and have completed trainings in additional therapeutic models including Post Induction Therapy (Pia Melody's model delivered and taught at The Meadows Behavioural Centre in Arizona), IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy, a model derived from EMDR).

I believe that therapy is a journey we go on together and that it can be an exciting journey of self discovery, reconnection with the self and personal growth. My aim is to support you and walk alongside you on this journey as you find your way back to self love and belief.
