I am passionate about helping others to lead happy and fulfilling lives and bring a wealth of experience in life coaching and mentoring others throughout my professional career in the corporate world.

I have direct personal experience of dealing with many issues in my life to include dysfunctional family relationships, divorce, bereavement and even workplace bullying. I am living proof that regardless of any problem you are experiencing you can find a way to move forward feeling confident and empowered.

I work to move the emphasis away from the problems that are interfering with your happiness and toward the solutions that will lead to lasting change in your life. We can’t always control the events that life throws at us but what we can control is how we deal with them, how we respond to them and how we let them affect us.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy offers a clinical approach to hypnosis to safely and effectively address your worries and concerns. It incorporates elements of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and in some cases Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) alongside the therapeutic use of hypnosis providing an approach that is tailored to your specific needs.

I am experienced in working with adults, teenagers and couples in resolving issues related to mental wellbeing, coping, anxiety, phobias, addictions and relationship problems. I am also experienced in working with athletes to improve sports performance.
