I am an accrediated member and supervisor with the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I have an MA(Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). My approach is eclectic.
