Overview

Hi, I'm Charlotte. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Anxiety Specialist and Breathwork Coach based in North Wales. I work with clients across the UK, Europe and worldwide via Zoom. You can find me on instagram @sparkhypno

I specialise in Helping Women deal with Anxiety, Imposter Syndrome & Midlife Confidence Issues. I help them to take control of their lives and fulfil their potential both personally and professionally.

I am passionate about helping my clients to change their Mindset, build Confidence and Self-esteem, reduce Stress and Anxiety, find Balance and remove Limiting Beliefs that may be holding them back.

I trained with The Clifton Practice (CPHT), a recognised Centre of Excellence for Hypnotherapy in the UK, and hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), which is considered to be the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy Training. I also hold the Practitioner Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy.

I am a Senior Lecturer with CPHT Liverpool Hypnotherapy Training School, based at Liverpool Hope University, where I train Hypnotherapists. I am also a fully qualified Mindfulness Teacher, Breathwork Coach and SFBT Hypnotherapy Supervisor (Hyp). I attend regular CPD courses to ensure that my skills and knowledge remain up to date with current Psychological and Neuroscientific research.

I am registered with the AfSFH and NCH (Acc). I am fully insured and DBS checked.
