Overview

My sessions are empathetic and focused to support you to explore as well as reach for your goals. I specialise in women's health from creativity, fertility, hypnobirthing (Easibirthing), menopause, cancer care (treatment side effect management), coaching and carers support. I also see people for anxiety, low mood and stress management. Currently all my work is online. I'm a founding member of Perci Health and regularly attend the clinical advisory board meetings. I also teach hatha and restorative yoga. I look forward to talking to.
