Overview

As a mental rehearsal coach I use techniques such as visualisation/guided imagery to help clients improve their performance across a range of areas. These include: sport, business (pitching/presenting, sales/business development, interviews, negotiation, client management, creative thinking, idea sessions and partnerships), public speaking, competitions/tournaments and entertainment (auditions, rehearsals, singing, dancing, acting), networking and dating.
