I am qualified in clinical hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy (understanding how and why we do things), Ericksonian hypnotherapy, solution-focused hypnotherapy and counselling, EFT (commonly known as tapping) and EMDR techniques
As a Mindfulness and Pilates teacher, I'm a firm believer in the mind/body connection, and am a keen advocate of good gut health.
