Overview

I an a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, using hypnotherapy to help people overcome whatever obstacles they have in their lives. Hypnotherapy is a positive talking therapy followed by a deeply relaxing trance in which positive words and images are re-inforced to the sub-concious mind.
Hypnotherapy is a useful tool to help with day-to-day life and is backed by the latest neuroscience and is a tried and tested clinical process.
I see people in my home, based in Pointon, a village in south Sleaford but am also only 15 mins drive from the nearby town of Bourne and within easy reach of all nearby villages.
