Overview

I trained in 2005 with CPHT and I have 21+ years full time experience with over 30,000 hours of clinical work and expertise with 16+ years as a Clinical Supervisor in 1:1 and group settings. I am a Professional, Accredited Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist, Senior Psychotherapist and Senior Hypnotherapy Supervisor with a Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice (SQHP). I gained the vast majority of my qualifications from The Clifton Practice, a centre of excellence of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and known for its Solution Focused therapy training.

I help treat a wide range of problems using a variety of clinically proven techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Compassionate Focussed Therapy, Life Coaching, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to help people make significant positive changes in their lives. I work predominantly with complex cases and I specialise in OCD, POCD, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery specialist expert, Relationship issues, ASD, ADHD, Social anxiety, Health Anxiety etc

I see my clients privately on a 1:1 basis, providing hypnosis and hypnotherapy in bristol from within a prestigious clinic that is located in the BS8 area of Clifton in Bristol. The clinic location is private, peaceful, tranquil and surrounded by trees in an area of Clifton called College Fields.

I have 16+ years of supervision experience and I’m qualified to supervise, mentor and teach other hypnotherapists and other hypnotherapy supervisors in clinical practice.

I am a recognised and validated Senior Accredited member of the following organizations:
National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
United Kingdom Association for Solution Focused Practice (UKASFP)
General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR Acknowledged Supervisor and GHR Acknowledged Senior Practitioner).
