Overview

Hi there, I am Sarah an experienced and accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I hold the nationally recognised Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma awarded by the prestigious Clifton Hypnotherapy School.
I love working with young people and adults and have experience of working with anxiety, stress, low mood, fears and phobias, exam stress and weight management.
I am passionate about building strong theraputic relationships with my clients supporting and enabling them to make positive change.
I also hold a Medical Hypnotherapy Diploma which enables me to work with clients who are going through chemotherapy, palliative care, chronic illness, disordered eating, trauma and complex phobias.
I am able to work face to face or remotely depending on my clients.
