Overview

I am based in Whitstable, but I also work out of Soul Solutions in Faversham and Northgate Clinic in Canterbury Kent. I specialise in anxiety, stress, phobias, weight loss and stop smoking. I use regression techniques, TFT Tapping and Parts Therapy with clients. I recommend regression therapy as it is a powerful tool which gets to the root of your problems and heals you from it. I use my skills to tap into the memories from your sub-conscious mind. I also offer workshops for Past Life Regression; the workshops take you back to a positive experience in a past life. You do not have to believe in Past Life Regression, you just need an open mind. You cannot get 'stuck' in a past life.
I am also qualified in Hypnobirthing and is an accredited practitioner with HypnoPregnancy. I am also qualified to give Hypnotherapy to children. I work face-to-face as well as on-line.
