Overview

Hello, first and foremost I help people to reach their goals and positively improve their lives.
Secondly, I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist (DClinHyp), Counsellor & Coach based in Tring, Hertfordshire. I'm passionate about helping people to utilise their existing strengths to help empower their future in a positive (and primarily) solution focused style of Hypnotherapy.

Having studied a variety of complimentary methods, styles and techniques, I am able to incorporate these along side Hypnotherapy including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping).

So whether you would just like a bit more confidence, perhaps some life coaching towards a personal or professional goal or perhaps it's time to change an area that's been holding you back, banish that phobia/fear or change that habit.
