As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I enable clients to reach their full potential by tailoring the therapy to meet their individual needs. With a background in education, I am especially passionate about helping children and teenagers to manage their emotions and cope with modern day challenges.

Hypnotherapy is safe, relaxing and highly effective. It manages unhelpful thinking and allows you to focus on positive solutions to bring about long lasting and beneficial change. I have a private therapy room in Fleet where I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential service.
