Overview

Tracy Daniels is an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and mindfulness instructor who is passionate about helping women and young people cope with stress, anxiety, and low mood. Tracy cares deeply about helping others though the challenges of life and she is particularly concerned about mental health and emotional well-being. Her work involves using an integrated approach that is informed primarily by neuroscience, hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and counselling.

Tracy's interest in complementary therapies began many years ago and this eventually led her to retrain in the field of mental health and emotional wellbeing. Previously, she worked for over twenty years in the "people professions" primarily in education as a Further Education Lecturer lecturing in SEN and Health & Social Care. In addition to having a degree and teaching qualifications, Tracy holds professional qualifications in counselling, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and Reiki healing. As a lifelong learner, Tracy regularly participates in continuing professional development.

Tracy is committed to helping her clients achieve their personal goals, develop their self-confidence, self-belief, and self-esteem. Her multi-disciplinary approach is caring, empathic and non-judgemental. Tracy provides a friendly and professional service that includes solution focused hypnotherapy, stress reduction therapy, anxiety management, weight loss support, help with the menopause, and much more, tailored to each client's individual needs.
