As an integrative Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Couples & Relationship Counsellor, I can support you to overcome negative thoughts, break unwanted habits, heal from past experiences and challenge self-limiting beliefs. My aim is to help you build confidence, strengthen relationships and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with adults, young people and couples experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, with specialist interests in anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship recovery, narcissistic abuse, neurodiversity, phobias, OCD and low self-esteem.

Clinical Hypnotherapy remains a core part of my practice, alongside psychotherapy and other evidence-based approaches including EMDR, EFT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. This integrative approach allows me to tailor therapy to each client's individual needs rather than relying on a single therapeutic model.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am passionate about improving access to mental health education. Through Moore2therapy I have developed specialist resources covering relationship recovery, trauma and neurodiversity, helping people better understand themselves and make informed choices about therapy.
