I am passionate about helping my clients sort out their lives. Unlike traditional analysis which digs up the past, I specialise in solution focused hypnotherapy, which looks to the “now” and looks forward to the future. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, kicking a habit (such as smoking), or something that is unique to you, you will find that I can help you find your own individual solution.

My clients describe me as “professional”, “like you were just talking to a friend”, skilful”, “patient” ... and that is my intention. I like to have a laugh with my clients while I guide them to discover a new way, which is unique to them.
