Overview

I'm a fully qualified and insured hypnotherapist based in Weybridge, Surrey, offering compassionate, results-focused support for those struggling with anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. These challenges often show up as insomnia, phobias, panic attacks, or even physical symptoms like IBS or migraines.

Using a tailored blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, TFT (tapping), and NLP techniques, I help you regain control, sleep more peacefully, and reconnect with who you truly are — so you can live with greater ease and joy.

Sessions take place in a calming therapy space at the Body Mind Centre in central Weybridge, or online if you’re based elsewhere.

In addition to client work, I’m a lecturer with Ayurva Hypnotherapy Training, delivering accredited hypnotherapy training both online and in person in Guildford, Surrey, and Blackpool, Lancashire.
