I have over twenty years experience working in residential therapeutic settings. I am able to quickly build a relaxed and positive relationship with people based on my unique ability to connect.

I am based in the small village of Shirrell Heath between Winchester and Southampton in Hampshire. I provide bespoke treatment plans designed to help you achieve your desired outcomes, and support you to achieve your goals through the use of hypnotherapy.

I specialise in anxiety / stress related issues, I incorporate CBT and mindfulness techniques as part of hypnotherapy sessions.
