Hi! I’m Claire.
I would love to help you be the person you want to be by helping you overcome your issues.
I offer a safe space for you to be able to open up and express your thoughts and feelings with no judgement.

Sessions can be held online, which saves travel time for you and means you can have therapy from the comfort of your own home, or in person appointments are also available in Wokingham town centre.

I use an eclectic range of therapies to tailor the sessions to best suit your needs and can help with various issues including, but not limited to, Anxiety, Stress, Lack of Self Esteem, Lack of Confidence, Fears and Phobias, Sleeping Problems, Weight Loss, OCDs etc.

Sessions are £80 per hour.
