Overview

I have over 30 years experience within addictions/dependencies and related fields, working with a wide variety of clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I have developed and
managed an integrated client-focused Hypnotherapy framework which includes aspects of Solution-focus and Motivational models and utilised elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Many of my clients have experienced problems with Anxiety and Stress, Dependency issues, Weight reduction, Weight Loss, Relationship difficulties, Anger management. and Phobias.
I have extensive experience helping people with alcohol-related problems, drug, gambling and food issues.

I currently help people who are experiencing anxieties, worries and concerns relating to Covid-19 issues. These may include feeling trapped at home, returning to the workplace, working, not working, transport, dealing/not dealing with others, etc.
I can see clients in-person in Central London, North London and Birmingham.
At the present time, online services are available to all regions.
