We use Solution Focused Hypnotherapy which is a brain based therapy combining Psychotherapy with Hypnotherapy and using the most up to date findings of neuroscience and retraining the brain. It does not focus on what has happened in the past and instead looks at your present situation and your future.

We not only offer the option for face to face clinical sessions at Ingrebourne Medical Centre, but we also offer home visits and online sessions which means that no matter whether you are on a business trip, live far away or even abroad, you will always have access to successful treatment.
